I’ve been going MBS for the past 6 months and it’s honestly become one of my favourite places. The staff have honestly helped me to reach my fitness goals and change my mindset into one that puts my health first. The staff are all super passionate about their jobs and so motivating in helping you reach your fitness goals (shoutout to Em & Ben) MBS has a super fun environment and everyone is always so friendly and helpful! I couldn’t recommend MBS more for a fun place to workout and meet likeminded people!!

Very nice gym, much quieter compared to other local gyms. missing 1-2 machines I like but it makes it up in character and quality environment. Have already cancelled and switched

Love this gym. Em and Sunny are the best. My husband Sean goes here for boxing and he loves it. He has made some great boxing buddies and he always comes home absolutely buggered but so happy. Thanks MBS!

Really well equipped gym with a comfortable atmosphere. Staff and members are really lovely and accommodating. Female friendly with a good range of machines, cables and free weights. 24 hour gym, so you can go in when it suits you. In staffed hours there’s also a great outdoor workout space. Awesome little Prahran gem!

Have been training here for years and it’s my blessed temple of honest iron. The training team have been nothing short of amazing. Big shout out to my current trainer Dave who keeps me on track and in the best shape of my life. Haytham and Ms Em keep the community upbeat and the place has an awesome vibe. Here’s to the next decade MBS.
